- 2 The calendar Every room on one grid, with bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb and the hotel's own website side by side.
- 3 What a guest sees The guest's own page on their phone: directions, WiFi, house rules and the door — the way they get it after checking in online.
- 4 Rooms Every room with its photos, price and how guests get in — a door code, a key safe or the front desk.
- 5 Cleaning The rooms that need cleaning today, worked out from the check-outs, with same-day turnovers flagged.

The software is the real thing. The hotel and its guests are made up, so you can poke around without worrying about anyone.

- The guests. No email, text or WhatsApp leaves the demo.
- The smart locks. Door codes are shown; no real door opens.
- Payments, team invitations, custom domains and sign-in security are switched off — they need a real account. The page tells you when you reach one.

Your changes
Both buttons at the top give you a practice hotel of your own: changes are saved, nobody else sees them, and it's kept for 24 hours.
Looking around without one is fine too — that demo is shared, so changes there aren't saved.
